   dude, this question shows a very high degree of doubt and confusion in your head.

   hell no, no need for anything to have a reason.

   its just momentary,
   here is an example

   I was with you, i had a cigarette in my hand,
   offered it, you accepted it and smoked,
   story ends.
   no reason no bullshit no non-sense.

   its a momentary desire, its that grip the moment and the temptation and the desire have, you do it or you don’t who thinks.
   why think is the bigger query.

   for past actions there is no point understanding here it is why

   ëxperience is the most useless part of your past, you will never be in the same place again, same situation again, nothing will be same again.
   and even if you hypothetically manage to get that same ( exact scenario ) you will have changed, thats the trick

   you cannot unlearn, its not easy you can pretend but deep down you know you can’t

   now with future, you cant do anything.
   cuz you mite not be ther to face it.

   and about the present,
   you cant do any preparations, life does its best to screw and surprise you

   just sit down n relax.
