I believe that Forgiving means to sincerely thank that person for all those moments that he/she has given you, for all those experiences which has made you realize your weaknesses and strengths; hence making you a better person… and ‘forgiving’ also means to thank that person for choosing to come into your life and playing the role of a great teacher.

A simple change in your thought process helps create a enormous change in your life.. and it is a BIG deal.

I no longer hold any grudges, no complaints and no worries. It’s a life of ‘enjoying the moment’ that I’m living now and working on a sun filled tomorrow.

My daily routine has undergone a major change and it has affected him directly. His routine’s changed because of me. I’ve realized that when you are not yourself, then the ones to be affected first are the ones who love you the most. So I’ve applied reverse engineering as a solution, and it’s been working pretty well.

I’ve been taking him out very often.. and these days it’s this coffee house that’s at the end of the street. We have our regular corner, next to the glass wall where I have my coffee while I read a book, and he eats his cookies and chews on a bone..

He’s discovered something lately. I am sure if other dogs get to know about his discovery, they’ll call him ‘Einstein’.. imagine my dog as Einstein

It’s been raining here in Mumbai and while I sit at our regular place and look at the glass pane with water streaming down, throwing a kaleidoscope of images, Tweego enjoys blowing his warm breath onto the pane and rubbing the condensed water droplets with his paw. Each time he achieves this rather amusing feat, he wags his tail and barks. I understand, so I stoop down and pat him on his back. His feat is being noticed by many other regulars’ esp. this group of girls who are converted regulars thanks to Tweego… and that obviously means good business for the coffee house and loads of freebies for us.
“Things are beginning to change”

I feel this exercise should solve it.
When a kid stubbornly keeps asking his father for a chocolate, the father has no choice but to say ‘that too much chocolate will spoil your teeth.’ The fear of his teeth rotting, dissuades the kid’s relentless quest to get a chocolate.

Similarly, when the stubborn mind incessantly pounds you with questions, the wise heart needs to trick it for the welfare of the two.

I wonder how Mahavira and Buddha dealt with their ‘kids’! Do you know how they tricked their logical mind? Or do you have any other solutions?

Brutus was Caesar’s most trusted aid and loyal friend who stabbed Caesar and killed him. How would Caesar have reacted had he met Brutus in the future if he’d survived?

Gandhi was a spiritual and holy man. I feel he would have forgiven Godse and probably hugged him and joked. ‘You need more practice’ but what about the great Caesar?

A certain wise man, who’s pretty young, says that God holidayed in Nepal on the 7th day and has been there ever since. That explains why this young wise man couldn’t stop smiling once he landed in this beautiful country.

There’s a smoothness and freshness in the air that makes you hop, skip and jump. The mountains are grand and huge but friendly and welcoming, and when the sun shines, the snow capped mountains dance to the music of the warm and loving sun rays. People are glowing and smiling, reflecting your mood: An eighty year old has the same glow and friendly smile as a twenty year old and a mother of three doesn’t look her age.

I believe that while God holidayed, he built Nepal and hasn’t stopped ever since. So, the next time you plan a vacation; why not spend it with the Gods!
